About 7 Lakh Project
"Da I also have a house pass in the Life Mission project so I have to make a small house…Do not underestimate the look of the panchayat house…" This is the beginning of my friend's dream home…As a builder, I think risk and race are the same for a small house and a big house. The two took over together when they got another panchayat house within a kilometer radius. A little different from the panchayat houses with a roof over four walls, it was decided that a house that was dream-like, attractive to anyone, with total positive vibes could be made for Chunk's dream come true.
From the very beginning, the plot was built in the shape of an old quarry at an angle. The problem was solved by laying the floor in the filler ... Later, the work continued in the form of lock down and rain. With God's help, the 555 sq ft house was completed at a cost of Rs 7 lakh.
The house was small but made no compromises on quality. The reason for getting this output is the trust that the client puts in a builder. It is important to note the "care" shown by the homeowners during the construction of the house.
I have seen many people who are reluctant to even give water to the workers on many sites. But thank you to the family who stood by strongly as one of the workers without a title.
The house is located at Vadapuram near Nilabur in Malappuram district.
NB:The panchayat houses are currently allotted 420 square feet but with the money they give and a few handfuls it is enough to take the square feet a little bit without stopping the work.
