There is a total of 5 bedrooms in this home, 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor. The ground floor consists of an office room, guest living, family living, dining, kitchen with utility area and prayer room. The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms, foyer and a balcony. The whole bedrooms are attached with bathroom.

Teak wood is the choice of wood, and granite is the choice of flooring, some areas highlighted with wooden flooring.

There are many key elements exclusively for this home, in the living area, we provide a dome-like pergola with a chandelier for superior airflow as well as light. The cooking range is provided, each module made with a specific purpose and functionality in mind. Positions of different zones, preparation zone, cooking zone, cleaning zone, dry and wet storage zones. A well-designed modular kitchen helps in increasing efficiency in optimal space utilization and minimize movement while cooking in the kitchen. Together with the kitchen, we provided a luxury dining, there is cutlery storage in dining.

There is an office room on the ground floor, its soundproof. It’s a small indoor studio-like setup. The office room also has separate access to outside.

There is also a reading area with a swinging bed provided. A prayer room is located on the ground floor.

The whole building consists of 2 balconies, lengthy veranda, and a car porch having two car spaces.
