How to Apply?
1) Open Register.eshram.gov.in website
2) Put Aadhaar linked mobile number and Captcha
3) To confirm that you are not a member of EPFO or ESIC, tick NO and click Send OTP and enter the OTP number that comes with your phone.
4) When entering the Aadhaar number, proceed by entering the OTP received on the phone again, with which the picture and information of the Aadhaar will be displayed.
5) Fill up and then enter the e-mail, father's name, blood type and nominee information
